Participants are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Make your reservations as early as possible to lock in the group rate. Please make your hotel reservations AFTER registering for the event.

- Room Rate: $119 for single or double, plus state and local sales tax in effect at the time of check in (currently 13%). Additional person(s) $10 each (up to quadruple occupancy).
- Same rate applies 3 days before and 3 days after the event dates.
- All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit or guaranteed with a major credit card. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by one of the above methods.
- Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 12 pm.
- This is a nonsmoking hotel.
- Hotel parking is $10 for overnight self parking and $12 for valet parking. The hotel has complimentary shuttle in the downtown area only. Express Shuttle for the airport is recommended; their telephone number is 904-353-8880. Hours of operation are 6 am – 9:05 pm. Approximate cost is $19 one-way or $35 for up to three people each trip. They are located outside the airport by baggage claim. The pickup location is marked at the curb and area is marked by signage in/out of terminal. It is recommended that on the return shuttle you have the bellmen make a reservation for the time that you want to leave.
A taxi is approximately $40 (one way) from the airport.

- Nearby Attractions: The Wyndham Jacksonville Riverwalk is located in the San Marco historic entertainment district. This eclectic area is filled with unique shopping and upscale dining. The Jacksonville Landing is just across the river and offers a wide variety of entertainment. Jacksonville has plenty of shopping experiences for every taste and budget in downtown and the surrounding Metro area. Nearby sopping includes Regency Square, St. Johns Town Center, Orange Park, and Avenues.
- Local Entertainment Venues: Jacksonville Jaguars Stadium, Veterans Memorial Arena, Time-Union Performing Arts, Florida Theater, Baseball Grounds, Jacksonville Zoo and MOSH. Water Taxi's and the Skyway Monorail System both have stops at the Wyndham and offer unique and affordable transportation in downtown Jacksonville.
